Got Pajamas?

If so, The Pajama Program wants to hear from you!

This unique charity collects PJs to distribute at 24 children’s shelters from Georgetown to Buda. Currently, they give away 350 pairs of pajamas each month to children who have been removed from their homes.

That may sound like a lot of PJs. But the reality is, the group could give away a lot more — that is, if they had them.

That’s where you come in!

The Pajama Program could really use donations of new pajamas this Valentine’s Day. They’d also like donations of new books, because along with each pair of PJs, the group also gives children their own book. Volunteers say snuggling up with a warm pair of pajamas and a new book helps to make lonely children feel secure at bedtime.

Donations of new PJs and books can be dropped off at all Roasters Coffee Haven locations (North Austin on 620 and Cedar Park on Little Elm Trail) throughout February.

Or, for more information, please call The Pajama Program at 301-11195 or 563-8931 or log on to www.PajamaProgram.org.
