NASA Space Day at the Capitol

NASA is headed to Austin for Space Week Texas 2011.  Join them on Thursday, March 31 at the State Capitol for a free day of educational and interactive activities.  This year’s Space Week theme is “Space Matters. Destination: Station…and Beyond.”  The general pubic is invited to enjoy the fun on Thursday, from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Texas school registration is now closed).

Thursday, March 31
Space Day at the Capitol

8 a.m. – 4 p.m. - Exhibits open to the public – Driven to Explore exhibit will be on Colorado Street and all other exhibits in Capitol Ground Floor Rotunda.

9 a.m. - Educational activities on the Capitol lawn start for pre-registered public school students.
