Not to be confused with the Bad Kitty chapter books, this wildly illustrated picture book is meant for younger kids — or older ones with a crazy sense of humor. Poor Kitty: she tears up the house just before Christmas, ripping up all of the gifts, flinging the fruitcake and just generally making an absolute mess of the place. Worse, she jumps out of the car window on the way to Uncle Murray’s house! No worries: she soon finds herself in the cozy home of a little old lady who explains the real reason for the holiday (family!) and helps the hapless feline find her way home. A humorous take on the classic poem ’Twas The Night Before Christmas, this hilarious book could very well become a holiday classic with modern families.
