When we first saw these little cosmetics, we didn’t know what to think. After all, we’d never tried rolling on eye shadow before. But we were intrigued by the products’ natural mineral ingredients, muted colors and packaging that wouldn’t explode in our purses. So, we gave them a try — and loved them! Rolling on eye shadow does take some practice (and you need to use your fingers to blend) but it also allows the product to stay fresh and clean — no double-dipping of dirty brushes! Even better, you can carry these eye shadows in your purse with no worries about leaking or crumbling. Sadly, the company’s blushes do not come similarly packaged (they’re in a little plastic jar) but here’s hoping that’ll change. Everyday Minerals cosmetics are made from natural minerals right here in Austin, so they’re readily available locally. Just in time for the holidays, the company has launched three “stocking stuffer” kits at a price point that makes them easy to give — and easy to receive, should you decide to splurge on yourself.
