We have to admit, we laughed out loud when these things arrived on our doorstep. Honestly, bottles pre-filled with spring water for babies and toddlers? For $3 each? But as it turns out, these bottles aren’t really so stupid as they sound. Tester Mama Amy pointed out that, while traveling, it’s often impossible to find good, clean water with which to mix baby formula ― and given that these items are sold in airports, she said she’d absolutely buy a bottle of Nourish rather than taking her chances with water from a bathroom tap. Certainly, she could purchase bottled water from any vendor (for less money) and use her own bottle, but she liked the idea that these things come pre-filled and ready to use, nipple included. She found the toddler bottle useless, though, since all parents of toddlers carry around sippy cups. So, perhaps Nourish isn’t a bad idea for parents stuck at the airport, but for everyone else, we just can’t recommend this product.
We’re required to tell you that all Cool or Crummy items are sent to us by companies and PR agents; we do not purchase these items independently, they just show up on our doorstep. All items are tested by our Product Review Team, otherwise known as the Tester Mamas, who have children in the age ranges recommend by the items in question. As you can see, we’re brutally honest in our reviews so it should go without saying that we do not accept payment for product placement (but we have to say it anyway because this is, after all, a required legal notice).
