Beach wraps are just not something most of us Tester Mamas routinely buy for our kids. Not because we don’t like them, but because it’s one more thing to haul around in our already-packed beach/pool bags — and let’s face, it’s so hot around here that the kids usually prefer to run around in their swimsuits after taking a dip in the pool. Except, of course, when they have something as cute as the St. Eve Girl’s Monkey Beach Wrap. We gave this to one of our 9-year-old Tester Girls to try and she threw it on as soon as she could get away with stepping outside in a swimsuit. Made of thick terry cloth and embroidered with an adorable monkey on a pink surfboard, this is one substantial wrap that can easily double as a towel for smaller children. There’s no size on this thing: it’s meant to be B-I-G on little ones and sassy on older girls. From the reaction we got from the kids at the local pool, this beach wrap is a hit — and something for which we’d gladly pay $20, except that we saw it online at Sears last month for $8. What a deal!
We’re required to tell you that all Cool or Crummy items are sent to us by companies and PR agents; we do not purchase these items independently, they just show up on our doorstep. All items are tested by our Product Review Team, otherwise known as the Tester Mamas, who have children in the age ranges recommend by the items in question. As you can see, we’re brutally honest in our reviews so it should go without saying that we do not accept payment for product placement (but we have to say it anyway because this is, after all, a required legal notice). If you have any questions, feel free to email us at Editor@ParentWiseAustin.com.
