This is one of those things that looks so ridiculous you can’t imagine actually putting it on. But that’s the beauty of it: it’s totally hilarious! This weird glove has everything from teethers to rattles to (non-breakable) mirrors on it — plus a teeny little “Bobo Baby” animal book. The glove is made from a variety of fabrics, with a soft velour-and-jersey lining for whoever is wearing it.

When this gift set arrived, we had a bit of a stampede to review it. The kids just loved the brightly colored kitty, not to mention the little bag o’sparkling stuff around her neck. From a mama’s point of view, we didn’t mind letting them test the products with wild abandon: made by Herban Renewal of Abilene, all of the lotions and potions in this set are natural. And yes, they smell divine.

It you’ve made a resolution to be more “green” this year, we highly recommend these cool bags.

Beach wraps are just not something most of us Tester Mamas routinely buy for our kids.

Generally speaking, most of us Tester Mamas prefer cotton pajamas for the kids: they tend to hold up better in the laundry, and they keep the kids sweat-free on sticky Summer nights.

When this showed up on our doorstep, we knew exactly who could use it: Tester Mama Rachel, who has two kids who wake up at 5:30 each morning with either loud, musical screams of "Mommy!

Oooh….we LOVE this product! We can spray it anywhere, including sealed granite countertops, tile floors, bath fixtures, and doors and it works just great on all of them. The “eco-friendly packaging” actually is pretty cute: the product comes in an old soda bottle, which is very clever and gives it a bit of an edge when compared with other natural cleaners on the market (hey: natural clearer and recycled package!). The only con is that it doesn't work all that well on glass: it’s a bit too slippery and dries with streaks. Also, it doesn’t have much of a “smell” to it. Still, this is one clear for which we’ll keep reaching!

What do you get when you cross a Rastafarian beanie with a hacky sack? The PhD Pocket Disc! Honestly, this lightweight, crocheted disc is completely addictive to all who encounter it.  Our 7-year-old tester boy couldn't stop throwing it, and since it’s soft, our Tester Mama Nancy let him — yep, even in the house. He loved it so much that he tossed all of the other flying discs out of his backyard (sorry neighbors).

This is one of those things you know you need but didn’t know existed. The Cart Stopper actually is pretty ingenious: it stops your cart from rolling when you’re unloading groceries (or kids).

If you prefer nursing with a cover, but don’t always remember to carry one with you, this is the perfect invention!
